The independent rooms, developed from the ancient farm premises, have been restored in keeping with the original colours and charm that they were once recognisable for. The twenty-one rooms are decorated with custom-made, hand-painted majolica produced by our local craftsmen. Access to the independent rooms through the fragrant Sicilian gardens and stone avenues allows for privacy. In addition, for your comfort, the rooms are equipped with all the technological amenities of modern hospitality. The renovation of the premises has been carried out by connecting all the architectural solutions needed for accessible tourism, making all the communal areas available to all.

The inspiration of our traditions lives in our kitchen, thanks to our traditional Sicilian cuisine. Hotel Casale Milocca is the first and only hotel in Sicily with a ‘synergistic restaurant’, which not only uses quality products with 0 food miles, but actually uses the vegetables grown in our own vegetable garden. This combination creates a unique, special experience in the synergistic restaurant.

Hotel Casale Milocca is located in the coastal area of ​​Syracuse, moments from the Gulf of Fanusa, the only beach in the Marine Protected Area of ​​Plemmirio. Accessible by a short stroll or by bike (free of charge for hotel guests), it is characterised by a crystal clear sea, with a sandy beach ideal for snorkelling underwater, or for relaxing and sunbathing. From here, a small dirt road, suitable for mountain biking, runs right along the cliff to the Costa del Sole, another beautiful beach in the area. Continuing on this road, you will reach the beach of Arenella, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches of the entire Syracuse coast.

The Hotel Casale Milocca is strategically located for visiting South-East Sicily. The area is called Val di Noto and has cities are rich in lively expressions of the baroque. Its anthropomorphic masks decorated the balustrades of many palaces. It is also possible to visit the famous Greek Theatre of Syracuse, where the classical performances of the National Institute of Ancient Drama INDA (8km away) take place every year.
